F: 2KB Front Squat x5; 30x0

P: 3 reps

S: 1&1/4 x3 reps

For Time:

30 Clean & Jerks (135#/95#)

F: 3 sets; 10x 2DB Clean & Push Presss + 10x Burpee

P: As Rx

S: 30x CJ @185/115 or 225/135# - depending on ability
