Group classes are the vibrant, beating heart of CrossFit 310. But this is no ordinary group class.  Our goal at CrossFit 310 is to give you as close to a personal training experience as one could get in a group setting.

Teaching is the foundation.

In our group classes you will be instructed and expertly guided through mobility and warm-ups, strength and skills, and the Workout Of the Day (WOD).  Our classes are open to all levels, and our coaches are developed to prescribe for you the perfect implementation of the workout.

No pre-requisites.

There is nothing you need to be able to do when you come into CrossFit 310 (Note that some physical, injurious limitations may require our Personal Training option); we can teach you everything.  We can build you up from wherever you’re fitness is right now.

CrossFit Group Class On-Ramp - $240

The CrossFit On-Ramp is a pre-requisite to joining group classes.  This is a 3 day, one on one, instructional boot camp that will set the tone for your class experience.

Unlimited Classes  $230 (3 month Commitment)

2 Days/week + 4 Private sessions $470
