You love Pickleball and you can’t stop playing. We understand!! You are going to need some help though because you don’t want to have injuries that stop you from playing.

Injury prevention is only a part of the grand vision of this program. Here are the goals of this class, all wrapped up in a once-a-week package: Fitness, Pattern Recognition, Mobility

  1. Improve your fitness and you play better pickleball.

  2. Improve your pattern recognition and you move on the court naturally, with more efficiency.

  3. Improve range of motion, and strength and you can add power to your game and intensity to your movement.

Koach Kris loves pickleball and loves to be a help to people in ways that will let them enjoy the game for a long time, and raise their level of play!

IMPORTANT NOTE: This class is all done off of the pickleball court—which is very important. Koach Kris will set the stage for you to train your body away from the court which will absolutely improve what you can do on the court.
