Yes! CrossFit 310 has a running program! If you’d like to improve your running, endurance, cardiovascular fitness, or just find a fun group of people to run with, RunFit 310 is for you!
RunFit 310 is a 6-week program designed to improve your running in several ways no matter what level you’re starting at. We will work on running form, breathing technique, speed and hill training, mobility and nutrition to get you ready to excel in anything from your next casual run to your next marathon.
This program meets three times per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) and is offered at two class times: 5a and 6a (60 min each).
