introducing BootCamp 310!
What is bootcamp 310?
- A high-intensity workout program designed to challenge you and increase your fitness level.
This program is offered on MWF at 10a.
Who is coming?
- This isn’t your typical 30 person bootcamp where you’ll get lost in the mix. We’re limiting this class to a maximum of 15 awesome people at any and all levels.
- This is the perfect class size; big enough for fun and energy yet small enough to facilitate coaching, development of new skills, proper technique, and safety.
